The International University of Andalusia (UNIA), in collaboration with the Andalusian quality agency DEVA-AAC, has given at its headquarters in Baeza the course entitled "Design, implementation and certification of quality management systems of university centres", aimed primarily at the quality units of the universities. This course included a four-hour session dedicated to "Models and Programmes for QMS certification in Evaluation Agencies". In this session, the programmes AUDIT of ANECA, ELENCHOS of ACSUCYL, IMPLANTA of DEVA-AAC and PACE-SGIC of ACPUA were presented and discussed. The presentation of our programme, which took place on 9th of July, was given by our director, Antonio Serrano.
