At the request of the Dean of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Zaragoza, Prof. Elena Barlés, on February the 8th, the director of the Agency, Antonio Serrano, and the technical coordinator, Isabel Ortega, held a meeting with the Dean and the members of her team responsible for the internal quality assurance system: Dr. Miguel Ángel Rodríguez, Delegate of the Dean for Quality, and Pilar Ortigosa, administrator of the center. The main purpose of the meeting was to inform the ACPUA of the progress and improvements made by the Faculty following the recommendations of the Agency in its report on the certification of the IQAS of the center according to the PACE program of the ACPUA. This progress has been reflected in the two documents presented to the director and the technical coordinator of the Agency during the meeting: the management report and the action program of the center, both referring to the academic year 2021-2022. This documentation is ready to be sent to the Agency so that the ACPUA can issue the corresponding follow up report on this accredited center of the University of Zaragoza.
