21/05/2021.- Today the Director of the ACPUA, Antonio Serrano, visited the Aragon and La Rioja Shool of Engineers, meeting with its Dean, Salvador M. Galve, and its Technical Secretary, Francisco J. Serrano. The visit took place in an atmosphere of great harmony. The Director of the ACPUA explained the competences, aims and functions of the Agency, highlighting the importance of the participation of professionals from outside the university in the evaluation activities, joining as experts in the panels and committees that evaluate and visit the degrees of the Engineering and Architecture Area of Knowledge. He also stressed the importance of getting first-hand the Shool's opinion on the needs of the profession and the employability of its members. On these two main avenues of collaboration, both entities have agreed to study and initiate joint actions, for mutual benefit and for the quality of training and employment of Industrial Engineers in Aragon.
