Aragon Agency for Quality Assurance and Strategic Foresight in Higher Education (ACPUA)
The university training of teachers includes the mandatory completion of curricular practices in educational centres in the different study programs. In this sense, Aragon Government establish agreements with universities in order to develop their student´s internships for Degrees in Infant and Primary Education and Master in Teaching.
The goal of this evaluation is to promote and recognise the quality of the practices that educational centers (infant, primary, secundary and vocational training) provides to Degree and Master´s higher education students.
Schools that take part in teaching university practices during at least two years, continuous or not, can annually request the ACPUA Certification through Provincial Education Services in Zaragoza, Huesca and Teruel (Degrees´ students), as well as through General Direction of Innovation and Vocational Training in Aragon Government (Master´s students).
In this new edition (2020-21 academic year) 2 new internship schools in infant and primary education have been certified:
CEIP BELIA in BELCHITE (Zaragoza)
CEIP ARÉN in ARÉN (Huesca).
Likewise, 329 schools have been renewed. 282 preschool and primary teaching centers: 56 from Huesca, 52 from Teruel and 173 from Zaragoza, as well as 47 secondary schools and vocational training centers.
