On 25 February 2026, the DOCENTIA Good Practices Dissemination Day was held at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, an event organised by the university quality assurance agencies to share updates to the model and recent experiences in its implementation.
Representatives from the two universities of the Aragon University System (SUA) —the University of Zaragoza and Universidad San Jorge— attended the session in person, while ACPUA followed the event online, accompanying the presentations and discussions throughout the day.
The opening session was led by the R.M. of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Mr Óscar García Suárez; the Director of ANECA, Ms Pilar Paneque Salgado; the Director of the Foundation for Knowledge Madri+d, Mr Federico Morán Abad; and the Director of the School of Industrial Engineering, Mr Sergio Domínguez Cabrerizo.
The programme included a presentation on the latest updates to the DOCENTIA model compared to the 2021 documentation, as well as a session on the transition from the summative to the progressive model, delivered by experts from ANECA and the University of Seville.
The event also featured a block on good practices, with contributions from Universitat Jaume I de Castelló, the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and the University of Extremadura, moderated by ACSUG.
The session provided an opportunity to familiarise institutions with the programme’s latest developments, learn from different university approaches, and reinforce the shared commitment to improving the quality of teaching within the Spanish university system.
