ACPUA attended online, along with 800 other people, the webinar organised by the UN Global Compact in Spain and the ONCE Foundation, entitled "INTEGRATING DISABILITY INTO CORPORATE STRATEGY: KEY POINTS AND BEST PRACTICES". The speakers, accompanied by sign language interpreters, shared trends, best practices and effective tips for promoting inclusion in the day-to-day running of an organisation.
In this session, in particular, knowledge was shared on how to integrate disability into corporate strategy. In addition, the new Inclusion Toolkit (resource publication) was unveiled, designed to help organisations create more diverse, equitable and inclusive environments.
Since 2015, ACPUA has been aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, committed to sustainable practices in higher education. In this regard, in 2018, the Aragonese Agency began implementing the ALCAEUS Programme, which was completed two years ago. This programme, which is part of the European DEQAR database, has generated an evaluation protocol that ensures the quality of university centres in terms of reflection and development of the 2030 Agenda in their educational community.
