ACPUA presented its paper entitled: “Quality strategies for personal well-being: design your own project” at the 7th edition of the Master’s Degree in Continuing Education in the Management of Public and Private Social Resources and Services (Dirygess), organised by the Faculty of Social and Labour Sciences at the University of Zaragoza.
The session showcased a new methodology for primary health prevention based on quality and psychological theories. The aim was to assess, through a quality test (designed ad hoc and now available online), the level of personal satisfaction among future managers of Social Services in Aragon. Subsequently, various resources based on positive and cognitive-behavioural psychology were presented for learning purposes; these are also applicable to the different users across the various workplaces and organisations to which the Master’s students belong.
ACPUA, through its ACPUA+Society programme, is grateful for the invitation to participate in this Continuing Education Master’s programme at the University of Zaragoza, in which various public and private social organisations are collaborating: the Aragonese Institute of Social Services, the Rey Ardid Foundation, the Adislaf Foundation, Atades, the Saica Foundation and the “la Caixa” Foundation.
