ACPUA attended the webinar organised by the international network INQAAHE entitled "Small states, strong quality: Voices from quality assurance agencies and institutions", highlighting the interest in quality management procedures in small states, both from institutions and agencies. Speakers from Eswatini, Bhutan, Seychelles and Jamaica, moderated by INQAAHE Director Fabrice Hénard, presented the progress made in their countries in this area and then went on to comment on aspects of the debate such as objectivity, transparency, conflict of interest in evaluation and talent retention, among others. ACPUA, as a member aligned to INQQAHE's GGPs (Guidelines and Good Practices), remains attentive to national and international developments in this area, which aims to improve access to university education for all.
