13/03/2024

ACPUA attended the webinar organised by the European Association of Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) entitled "Bologna Process Commitments on Quality Assurance: where do we stand?", highlighting the interest in updating on this issue, in advance of the meeting of Ministers of the European Higher Education Area scheduled for May in Tirana.

Different speakers from several European institutions, chaired by the Director of ENQA Anna Gover, presented the progress carried out on this subject in relation to compliance with the ESG (Standards and Guidelines for University Quality Assurance) in the EHEA (European Higher Education Area), student participation and international and cross-border openness, among other aspects.

ENQA management has launched a consultation among its members on the Ministerial message which is articulated around 3 objectives and 3 recommendations based on national legislation, international collaboration and the flexibility of quality assurance agencies.

ACPUA has been a full member of ENQA since 2016, having renewed its membership in June 2021 for the next 5 years.
