ACPUA took part in the event organised by ENQA, which included lectures, participatory meetings, expert presentations, including the General Assembly of the European Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education, held in Brussels (Belgium) from 22 to 24 October.This year also marked the 25th anniversary of the European association.
Different topics have been shared such as: updating of the revision of the European standards of university quality assurance (ESG), the impact of quality with the commitment to the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and the value of the community of agencies, among other aspects.
ACPUA has actively participated in the General Assembly, exercising its right to vote for the election and renewal of new committee members, the support of new members and affiliates, the approval of the annual work plan of the association, as well as the budget and fees of the member organisations.
Finally, the hosts of the next event of this network, to which ACPUA has belonged since 2016, presented the general lines that will be proposed next April 2026 in Budapest (Hungary). ACPUA actively participates in this network, which approved its application to join ENQA and the EQAR register in 2016, aligning itself with the European Standards and Guidelines approved in 2015.
