ACPUA took part, alongside 151 other participants from 42 countries, in an event organised by ENQA in Budapest (Hungary) from 22 to 24 April. The event featured presentations, participatory meetings and expert talks, including the General Assembly of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education.
Various topics were discussed, such as: trust as a driver of commitment in working with other agencies and universities in other countries, the update of the review of European standards (scheduled for approval in May 2027), coordination between ENQA and EQAR, quality assurance of Alliances, and the European Degree, amongst other issues.
ACPUA exercised its right to vote at the General Assembly regarding support for new members and affiliates, the approval of the association’s annual work plan, the agency review plan, and the budget.
Finally, the hosts of the next event of this network, to which ACPUA has belonged since 2016, presented the general outline of the agenda for October 2026 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain).
